I've spent most of my career building things from scratch and figuring out how to make them work at scale. I ran Podcasts & Audiobooks at Amazon Music, where we grew from launch to top-3 globally. Along the way I convinced Amazon to acquire an AI company to make it easier to discover the best content. Before that I built a regulatory platform at Airbnb, pivoted a shipping startup into a SaaS marketplace, and grew an ad platform before it got acquired too. Three acquisitions and an IPO later, I decided to build something of my own.
